Cheaper per hour and a good fit for a short, well-scoped assignment. In return, continuity, warranty and maintenance rest on a single person — and often stop when the assignment ends.

From need to firm quote
Each step produces a verifiable decision before the next one is committed.
We describe the business decision, users, data and tools involved — not a decorative feature list.
Deliverables, assumptions, exclusions and variable costs are written down. Out-of-scope work requires an approved amendment.
Every milestone is observable and usable. You see the system work before committing to the next part.
Code, access and takeover documentation are handed over. Evolutionary maintenance remains a choice, never a condition of use.
Our position
No mandatory maintenance — the client owns the delivered system. 100 % of clients nevertheless choose evolutionary maintenance, from 1 to 15 days per month.
Every production release includes a tested rollback procedure. The budget also pays for the ability to return to a stable state.
The quote separates delivery from variable costs: hosting, third-party services, consumption and requested improvements.
Three ways to move forward, each with its own logic. In full transparency.
Cheaper per hour and a good fit for a short, well-scoped assignment. In return, continuity, warranty and maintenance rest on a single person — and often stop when the assignment ends.
A dedicated hire is the right choice when the workload is permanent and the company wants to bring the skill in-house. For a one-off project, product, design, quality and operations expertise still need to be assembled around that person.
Commitment to results, a multidisciplinary team, long-term maintenance and ownership of the code. The right format for a project that is delivered, documented and keeps working after go-live.

Describe the process, users and tools involved. We will come back with the questions that make quotes comparable.
Because two projects that look identical on paper never have the same scope: processes, integrations and existing-data quality differ. A fixed list would overcharge simple projects or mislead on complex ones. Our ranges provide an order of magnitude; after scoping, the quote is firm, itemised and based on explicit assumptions.
Mainly five factors: the number of processes or pages covered, integrations with your existing tools (CRM, ERP, accounting), the complexity and quality of your data, the level of autonomy you want after delivery, and whether an existing system needs to be taken over. The first call is precisely about setting these parameters before quoting.
Our projects are split into milestones: you pay as deliverables ship, not everything upfront. The exact terms — deposit, schedule, conditions — are defined in the quote, depending on the size and duration of the project.
No mandatory maintenance — the client owns the delivered system. 100 % of clients nevertheless choose evolutionary maintenance, from 1 to 15 days per month. Its scope follows the improvements, monitoring and updates they actually need.
After scoping, the quote is firm: it sets the agreed scope, deliverables and price. If a new need arises — an extra process or an unplanned integration — we price it separately in an amendment approved with you before any work starts.
If you approve the quote, we schedule the first milestone and its acceptance criteria. You follow progress at every stage, see each deliverable work and retain the option to stop with a usable result.
The difference lies in the scope and appears after delivery. An entry price may exclude data migration, edge cases, tests, documentation, training or code ownership. Compare deliverables and total operating cost, not only the initial amount.
Three safeguards. First, the quote is firm on a scope written down in black and white — no guesswork. Second, the project is split into deliverable milestones: you see each stage working before paying for the next, and you can stop at any time with a usable deliverable. Third, any out-of-scope request is quoted separately before being committed — never a surprise invoice at the end.
A targeted automation starts from 2 000 €. A multi-process transformation falls within the 8 000-25 000 € range, depending on business-rule complexity, data and integration with your information system. The quote separates delivery from variable operating costs.
There is no honest flat fee without knowing the system, data, hosting and risk level. At JAIKIN, GDPR and AI Act compliance is built into the design. For an existing system, the audit identifies gaps — hosting, logging, human supervision and documentation — before any price is proposed.
Tell us which process you need to equip. We will explain what fits the range, what remains variable and what should not be built.
