Because two projects that look identical on paper never have the same scope: number of processes, integrations, quality of existing data. A fixed price list would either overcharge simple projects or mislead on complex ones. Our ranges give an honest order of magnitude; the detailed quote, sent within 24 hours after the first call, is firm and itemised.
Mainly five factors: the number of processes or pages covered, integrations with your existing tools (CRM, ERP, accounting), the complexity and quality of your data, the level of autonomy you want after delivery, and whether an existing system needs to be taken over. The first call is precisely about setting these parameters before quoting.
Our projects are split into milestones: you pay as deliverables ship, not everything upfront. The exact terms — deposit, schedule, conditions — are defined in the quote, depending on the size and duration of the project.
Every project includes a support period after go-live — from 30 to 90 days depending on the format. Beyond that, we offer an optional maintenance contract, defined in the quote, covering evolutions, monitoring and updates.
