We founded JAIKIN on a simple observation: industrial SMEs adopt AI through tools whose code, data and cost they do not control. Every additional subscription moves a little more expertise out of the company.
Our region's industrial fabric does not need disrupting. It needs tools built around its methods, not the other way round. That is our definition of an industrial revival: technology serving a craft that already exists, rather than replacing it.
Data sovereignty is not an option added at the end of a project. It is the starting point.

Co-founder & Senior Full-Stack Developer
Epitech graduate with 8+ years of software engineering experience, specialized in Node.js and DevOps. Designed an airline ERP system, e-commerce platforms, and production SaaS applications. Owns back-end architecture and systems integration.
Abdel M.
Chief Technology Officer
Epitech graduate, developer for 12 years. As JAIKIN's CTO, he owns architecture decisions, sets engineering standards and drives the technical execution of client projects. He runs code review, test strategy and production releases, making sure every deliverable stays maintainable and can be taken over without us.
Victor H.
Data Scientist
École Polytechnique graduate in Data Science, currently pursuing a PhD. Former Sony R&D. Designs the machine learning models, data pipelines and predictive AI solutions deployed for our clients. He assesses dataset quality, arbitrates between off-the-shelf and specialised models, and documents the limits of every system delivered.
Ali Hajji
Head of Business Development
Former Business Development Manager France & Benelux at Mintel, then Head of Advertising at Jumia. Leads JAIKIN's business development — driving acquisition of new industrial clients across the Grand Est region and the Franco-German corridor.

Your data stays in Europe
Every workload we operate is hosted in the European Union. Any exception is flagged to you before implementation.

No training on your data
The models we integrate are configured to exclude reuse of your data. Zero or minimal retention, verifiable in the settings we expose to you.

You own the code
Rights are transferred on delivery of each batch, with no condition on continuing the commercial relationship.

Reversibility is written down
Code pushed to your own repository from day one, versioned operating documentation, data exportable in open formats at any time.

Binding decisions stay human
No system we deliver decides alone when a person is affected. AI prepares, documents and proposes; a human decides.

We document the limits
For every system: its purpose, the data involved, its level of autonomy and what it cannot do. That is what makes AI Act qualification possible.

A well-built spreadsheet beats a pointless model. We would rather lose a project than deliver a dependency.
